Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Illinois Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license required
- Professional Educator License (PEL) for Illinois preferred
- Previous school-based or pediatric SLP experience highly valued
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to inclusion, equity, and student-centered support
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy services to students across the K-12 continuum
- Assess student speech, language, and communication skills
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based planning
- Work collaboratively with teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Support students in achieving measurable progress toward goals
