Required Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy to an elementary-aged caseload of approximately 35 students
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain accurate documentation of student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver therapy in both individual and group settings, adapting interventions to diverse learning needs
