Pediatric Bilingual Speech Language Pathologist in Cibolo, TX

In this vital role, you'll work 40 hours per week, engaging with a pediatric caseload and collaborating closely with other educational professionals. You'll also have the opportunity to supervise an SLPA, supporting both student achievement and the professional development of colleagues.
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Current Texas Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC or eligible CFY)
- Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in a school setting with pediatric populations
- Ability to supervise and mentor an SLPA
- Background in IEP development, therapy planning, and progress documentation
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
In this position, you will:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language services to students as specified in IEPs
- Conduct bilingual evaluations and assessments
- Supervise and support an SLPA in delivering therapy services
- Partner with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to ensure student success
- Maintain accurate records and timely documentation
- Adapt therapy techniques to address diverse student needs and backgrounds
