School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist - Greeneville, Tennessee

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure as an SLP (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) is preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows will be considered
- Experience providing speech-language services in school settings
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to organize and manage caseloads efficiently
- Compassionate approach to supporting students and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on IEP recommendations
- Deliver direct speech and language interventions for students in accordance with their education plans
- Maintain thorough, accurate documentation in compliance with all state and federal requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute clinical insights
- Provide consultation and support for faculty, staff, and parents as needed
