Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Cicero, IL

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid SLP licensure and Illinois state credentials
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Previous experience in schools or with pediatric populations highly desired
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to tailor interventions to diverse student needs
- Experience in healthcare or educational settings is a plus
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to children with varied communication needs
- Conduct assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student success
- Maintain detailed and accurate records as required by school and state regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Offer guidance and strategies to fellow educators and parents regarding speech and language development
