Qualifications & Desired Background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active SLP license in Texas (SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellow considered)
- Willingness to supervise if holding CCCs
- Experience in school-based settings preferred
- Ability to manage a caseload around 60 students
- Comfortable working onsite at one or occasionally two elementary schools
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to elementary-aged students
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough documentation of progress and services
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Supervise SLP Clinical Fellows as applicable
