What We're Looking For:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or in the process of earning CFY
- Previous school-based experience preferred, but not required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Passion for working with a diverse K-12 student population
Your Role Will Include:
- Delivering assessments, diagnostics, and therapy to support student success
- Designing and implementing individualized IEPs in collaboration with educators and families
- Providing both group and individual therapy sessions across various grade levels
- Maintaining accurate and thorough progress documentation
- Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings to promote student growth
- Serving as an advocate and resource for students, teachers, and parents
