Desired Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience with school-based caseloads and IEP processes preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans for K-12 students
- Provide direct therapy services targeting speech, language, social communication, and related skills
- Monitor and document student progress in accordance with IEP goals and school protocols
- Consult and collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate actively in the IEP process, including meetings and progress reporting
- Support inclusive education practices and help foster positive learning environments
