What you'll bring:
- SLP licensure or eligibility for licensure in the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience or interest in working with student populations from kindergarten through high school
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- A supportive and engaging approach to fostering student growth
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech/language therapy services to students across K-12 grades
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned with student goals
- Assess, diagnose, and create treatment plans for a variety of speech and language disorders
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to promote the best educational outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to building a positive school culture
