Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Chicago, IL

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP licensure, or eligible
- ASHA CCC or CFY candidates considered
- Experience with pediatric populations, particularly in educational settings
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, staff, and families
- Strong organizational skills and adaptability within school environments
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop, and implement individualized therapy interventions for students with communication disorders
- Write and maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, sharing insights and recommendations for student support
- Engage proactively with teachers, administrators, and parents to foster optimal student outcomes
- Adapt therapy techniques to meet the needs of diverse learners within a school context
