Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Chicago, IL

What you’ll bring:
- Valid SLP licensure and eligibility to practice in Illinois
- Certification of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations preferred
- Solid understanding of IEP processes, speech/language assessments, and therapy planning
- Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach
Your essential duties:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of speech, language, and communication skills
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with each student’s needs
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions both individually and in group formats
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other service providers for holistic student support
- Participate in IEP meetings, reporting progress and adapting strategies as needed
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
