What We're Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders.
- Active or eligibility for state licensure as an SLP.
- Experience working with pediatric populations—school or healthcare settings preferred.
- Familiarity with IEP development, goal writing, and documentation requirements in educational environments.
- Comfort with teletherapy platforms and technology—virtual service delivery experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with staff, students, and families.
- New graduates completing CFY are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student’s needs.
- Engage in IEP meetings and maintain accurate, timely documentation.
- Partner with teachers, parents, and administrators to advance students’ educational goals.
- Utilize teletherapy tools to provide effective remote services as needed.
- Support inclusive practices within classroom and school settings.
