Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Current IL SLP license (or eligibility)
  • SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Pediatric and school-based therapy experience preferred
  • Strong knowledge of IEPs, assessments, and therapy delivery (in-person and/or teletherapy)
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full-time SLP caseload at two school locations:
    • K-3 (Shabonna Elem), approx. 49 students
    • Grades 4-8 (Liberty Intermediate/Bourbonnais Upper), approx. 53 students
  • Deliver therapy services and evaluations for diverse student populations
  • Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings, collaborate with teachers, and support families
  • Incorporate innovative and evidence-based practices across in-person and virtual platforms
