Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

Pay Rate: $40-$55 (Based on Experience)

Schedule: Full-Time

Start Date: ASAP

Work Setting: Onsite

Position Overview:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join a supportive school team for the 2026–2027 school year. This full-time, onsite position will support students across two school locations and serve a caseload consisting of elementary and middle school students.

This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist who is passionate about helping students strengthen their communication skills while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams in a supportive educational environment.

Responsibilities:
Provide speech and language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services for elementary and middle school students
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals
Maintain accurate documentation, therapy notes, and progress reports
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and related service providers to support student success
Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Provide services across two assigned school locations
Perform all duties expected of a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist

Qualifications:
Active Speech-Language Pathologist license required
SLPA candidates will not be considered for this position
Previous school-based experience preferred
Experience working with elementary and middle school students preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Passion for supporting student growth and communication development
