Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Illinois SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience with K-8 students preferred
- Knowledge of cross-categorical caseloads is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to K-8 students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to develop and implement IEP goals
- Conduct assessments and maintain detailed records of student progress
- Adapt therapy plans to meet individualized student needs
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and ongoing professional development
