Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Prior experience in a school-based setting, specifically with elementary or upper elementary students
- Knowledge of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and hearing assessments for students in grades 4–6
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy services in individual and small group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and team discussions regarding student progress and intervention strategies
