Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY - Trenton, NJ

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure for SLP, or eligible for licensure in New Jersey
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress/completion
- Experience or a strong interest in pediatric and school-based caseloads
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students with communication, language, articulation, voice, and fluency challenges
- Develop and deliver individualized therapy plans based on evaluation results and IEP objectives
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams—including teachers and parents—to maximize student progress
- Document and monitor student progress, maintaining compliance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and ongoing assessment of therapy outcomes
