Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY in Monroe Township, NJ

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program required
- Current state licensure for SLP in New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience or strong interest in working with the pediatric/school-aged population
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work full-time onsite
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in a school-based pediatric population
- Develop individualized treatment plans and implement therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, parents, and other support staff
- Maintain accurate records and comprehensive documentation in line with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student support teams
