Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY - Monroe Township, NJ
Make a difference supporting students’ communication needs in a dynamic educational setting near Monroe Township, NJ. This full-time, on-site position welcomes both experienced and clinical fellowship year (CFY) Speech-Language Pathologists who are passionate about working with pediatric populations.
In this role, you’ll collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to help children thrive academically and socially. Your expertise will directly impact students’ ability to communicate, learn, and connect with their peers.
Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in school-aged children
- Create and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique needs
- Maintain accurate progress records and develop IEPs in collaboration with educational teams
- Offer consultative support to teachers and participate in multidisciplinary meetings
- Foster a welcoming, supportive environment for students and families
