Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY - Princeton, NJ

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology or eligibility to obtain
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status required
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students with diverse communication needs
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress and engagement
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records in compliance with state and federal statutes
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings, offering expert recommendations and support
- Educate and assist staff and families in strategies to foster communication across the school setting
