Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Tacoma, WA

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Ability to obtain appropriate Washington state licensure
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but not required
- Open to both local and travel candidates
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, in accordance with IEPs
- Conduct assessments and re-evaluations to determine student needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and communicate progress with families and staff
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and other school staff
- Maintain thorough documentation of services and student progress
- Receive regular supervision and mentorship to complete CFY requirements
