What We're Looking For:
- A master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (or equivalent)
- Eligibility to begin your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for SLP
- Ability to secure and maintain state licensure (WA) and relevant school clearances
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities
- Passion for helping students reach their full communication potential
- Willingness to work on-site and collaborate with staff, students, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and individualized treatment for students
- Develop and implement therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
- Maintain timely records and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professionally
