Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Hold or eligible for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to providing compassionate, student-centered care
- Ability to work collaboratively with educational staff, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness to travel for the assignment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders among students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and set goals based on evaluation results
- Deliver therapy sessions one-on-one or in small groups, adapting interventions as needed
- Monitor and document student progress, providing regular updates to supervisors and team members
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff
- Engage in ongoing professional development and receive dedicated supervision aligned with your fellowship requirements
