Desired Qualifications:
- Currently in your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or equivalent
- Eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Eagerness to work collaboratively in an educational setting
- Adaptability and motivation to support diverse student populations
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders among K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and fellow staff to ensure student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, goals, and student progress
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student educational plans
- Participate in ongoing supervision and mentorship provided throughout your fellowship
