Key Qualifications & Skills:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Eligible for or currently in your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Willingness to work full-time in a school-based role

- Eagerness to work on-site and engage with students, staff, and families
- Passion for improving student outcomes in speech and language development
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse school-aged population
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Collaborate with general and special education staff to support each student’s needs
- Accurately maintain documentation and progress reports in line with school requirements
- Communicate with families to promote carryover of skills and student growth
- Participate in professional supervision and mentoring, with direct supervision provided to support your CFY journey
