Key Qualifications:
- Must be in your Clinical Fellowship Year for speech-language pathology
- Hold or be eligible for state licensure as an SLP
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Passion for supporting students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and families
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students
- Complete assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Track and document student progress in accordance with professional and district requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with educational teams
- Engage with families and educators to support student success and carry out best practices
- Maintain compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and state regulations
