Qualifications:
- Current master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders
- Eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Active or pending state licensure for SLP
- Genuine enthusiasm for working with school-aged children
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Willingness to work on-site and open to travel candidates
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students, including group and individual sessions
- Assess, diagnose, and track student progress, updating documentation as needed
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide insights on student needs
- Maintain compliance with school and state documentation regulations
