Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
• Active state licensure for SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Demonstrated experience or strong interest in pediatric settings
• Ability to adapt therapy approaches for diverse student needs
• Excellent communication and team collaboration skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and evidence-based intervention for students with communication and swallowing disorders
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with school staff and families
• Track student progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed
• Document therapy sessions and maintain compliance with school and state regulations
• Offer guidance and support to teachers and parents on strategies to facilitate student growth
• Participate in meetings and professional development as part of a dedicated school-based team
