Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY - Madison, WI

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Current ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completion of Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Previous experience or keen interest in serving pediatric and school populations
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational abilities
- Dedication to professional growth and ongoing learning
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) in conjunction with multidisciplinary school teams
- Implement evidence-based therapy interventions tailored to each student’s needs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Communicate progress and strategies with students, families, and staff members
- Participate in school meetings and provide support and consultation to staff
- Engage in ongoing collaboration with other therapists, educators, and support professionals
