Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Wisconsin
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or CFY status
• Experience or interest in working with pediatric populations within school settings
• Strong communication, documentation, and rapport-building skills

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and therapy goals
• Deliver direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to students
• Maintain comprehensive and compliant documentation in accordance with district and state guidelines
• Collaborate regularly with educators, families, and other service providers
• Participate in IEP meetings and student support teams to advocate for each child’s needs
