Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY in Springfield, IL

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid and current state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Ability to communicate compassionately and effectively with students, staff, and families
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience is a plus, but passionate new graduates are encouraged to apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and evidence-based treatment for students with communication disorders
- Customize therapy plans to address a wide range of pediatric speech and language needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation for each student’s progress in compliance with federal, state, and district guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student goal setting
