Pediatric Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Rochester, IL

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current or pending ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology, or ability to obtain before start date
- Experience or strong interest in working with school-aged children in a pediatric setting
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Flexibility and adaptability to effectively collaborate within a diverse team
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders among students as part of their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to students’ unique needs and educational goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to facilitate effective communication strategies and support classroom learning
- Maintain detailed student records, progress notes, and documentation in compliance with district and regulatory requirements
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, IEP reviews, and professional development activities
