Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) | Chatham, Illinois

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid state licensure for SLP (or eligibility for licensure)
- Active ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in process of completing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and assessments for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Deliver direct therapy services tailored to students’ unique needs
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in meetings with faculty, parents, and specialists to discuss student achievements and strategies
- Provide guidance and preventive strategies to staff and caregivers to promote communication development
