Qualifications:
- Currently completing or eligible to begin your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in Speech-Language Pathology
- Master’s degree from an accredited SLP program
- Licensure, or eligibility for licensure, in the state of Washington
- Strong communication skills, professionalism, and a genuine passion for working in school-based settings
- Ability to collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, both individually and in groups
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other support staff to foster student progress and advocate for students’ speech/language requirements
- Maintain thorough documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Receive tailored supervision and mentorship to fulfill your CFY requirements and foster professional growth
