Desired Qualifications:
- Hold a valid Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) license in California (CFY or CCC)
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience in a school setting preferred, especially with mild to moderate elementary populations
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently onsite; remote work is not available
- No SLPA supervision required
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students at two elementary sites
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Provide direct interventions for students with mild to moderate speech and language impairments
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support students’ communication goals
- Complete IEP documentation, progress notes, and other required reports timely
- Engage in supportive, inclusive, and positive school cultures as a valued specialist
