Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) | Fontana, California

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid California SLP license or eligibility (CFY and CCC candidates both encouraged)
- Experience or strong interest in working with elementary-aged children
- Solid understanding of providing therapy to students with mild to moderate needs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide onsite speech and language therapy to students at two elementary sites
- Assess, diagnose, and create tailored intervention plans
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with parents and school teams
- Maintain thorough records and progress reports in accordance with school and state requirements
- Empower students to develop their communication and social skills in a supportive setting
- Consult with teachers regarding classroom strategies and accommodations
This position offers a consistent schedule at 35 hours per week, allowing you to focus on direct, meaningful student engagement. No supervision of SLPAs required—concentrate solely on building connections and facilitating growth in your caseload.
