Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow (SLP-CF) | Riverside, California
Seeking a dynamic Speech-Language Pathologist for a contract position supporting mild and moderate elementary students in a lively school setting. This full-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact across two elementary campuses, working 35 hours per week in a collaborative and supportive environment.
Preferred candidates will demonstrate expertise with both Speech-Language Pathologist-Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), with school-based experience highly valued. Candidates who thrive in an educational environment and have a passion for working with young learners will excel in this role.
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Eligible for CFY or possession of CCC preferred
- Previous experience in school-based settings desired
- Ability to work independently at two elementary sites
- Experience with mild to moderate student needs
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech and language impairments
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each child's needs
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff
- Deliver direct, onsite therapy services without supervision of an SLPA
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with school and state regulations
