SLP Clinical Fellow - Hayward, California

Qualifications & Skills Desired:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- California SLP license (or eligibility in-progress)
- Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates; comprehensive supervision available
- Experience with school-aged children, especially Pre-K to 5th grade, is a plus
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Comfortable evaluating and supervising SLPAs; familiarity with teletherapy platforms (VOCO) helpful
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to a diverse elementary student population
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Document student progress, update IEPs, and attend eligibility meetings as required
- Supervise SLPAs and contribute expertise to support delivery of quality speech therapy services
- Participate in multidisciplinary teams and professional meetings
- Leverage available teletherapy tools to enhance service delivery as needed
- Foster an inclusive and supportive therapeutic environment
