Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid California SLP license, or eligibility to obtain before the start date
- Open to experienced clinicians and Clinical Fellows (CFs) seeking supervision
- Commitment to supporting students’ communication needs in school environments
- Strong interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy to Pre-K through 5th grade students with diverse speech and language needs
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, SLPA’s, and other educational staff
- Offer guidance and support for SLPA’s and VOCO activities
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation, IEP records, and progress monitoring
- Engage in team meetings and contribute to a positive, supportive school environment
