Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Huntington Beach, CA

Key Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- California SLP license or eligibility (CFY or CCC considered)
- Experience or interest in school-based SLP services
- Familiarity with mild/moderate Special Day Class (SDC) and Communication Development Class (CDC) environments preferred
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dedication to supporting a diverse student population
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication services in SDC and CDC classrooms
- Evaluate students’ speech and language needs and document findings
- Develop and monitor individualized therapy plans based on student goals and IEP requirements
- Consult with teachers and parents, offering strategies and support for student success
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with educational standards
- Attend and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
