Pediatric Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Roseville, CA

What we're seeking:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure for Speech-Language Pathologists (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations in school settings
- Ability to work effectively on interdisciplinary teams and collaborate with educators and families
- Strong commitment to fostering student growth and communication development
Role expectations and daily impact:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language evaluations and therapy services to students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in partnership with teachers, staff, and families
- Maintain timely and detailed documentation for compliance with state and federal regulations
- Support classrooms and adapt interventions to help students access academic content
- Participate in professional development activities and contribute to school-wide initiatives
- Provide guidance to staff and families on supporting speech and language skill development
