Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Active state licensure for SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Experience working with pediatric populations is preferred, but recent graduates are welcome to apply
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and deliver evidence-based therapy for students with speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate with educational staff and families to optimize student success
- Maintain documentation according to school policies and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input for student progress
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay current with best practices
