Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow - Sacramento, California

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required
- ASHA CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Current state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Experience with pediatric populations, preferably in school settings
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Flexibility and dedication to supporting diverse student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Design and implement Individualized Education Plan (IEP) goals in collaboration with educational teams and families
- Maintain accurate, thorough documentation of student progress and therapy outcomes
- Participate actively in IEP meetings, staff conferences, and team collaborations
- Adapt therapy approaches and materials to support students across diverse backgrounds and needs
- Serve as a resource for school staff and families regarding speech and language development
