Schedule: 37.5–40 Hours per week

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide virtual speech and language services to students across Nebraska. This fully remote opportunity is ideal for clinicians who are passionate about helping students develop effective communication skills while enjoying the flexibility and convenience of a teletherapy setting.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in school-based services, comfortable delivering therapy virtually, and committed to supporting students' academic, social, and communication success.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct virtual speech-language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
Provide direct teletherapy services to students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders
Monitor student progress and adjust therapy goals as needed
Complete evaluation reports, progress notes, and required documentation in a timely manner
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff regarding communication strategies and student support
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and district regulations
Utilize teletherapy platforms and digital tools to deliver engaging and effective services
Qualifications
Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
Active Nebraska Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility to obtain Nebraska licensure
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
Previous school-based experience preferred
Virtual or teletherapy experience preferred
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with educational teams
Reliable internet connection and professional home office environment required

Telepractice and virtual service delivery
Experience supporting students with a variety of communication disorders
