Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
- Licensed (or eligibility) as an SLP in Illinois.
- Experience in a school-based setting preferred.
- Strong collaboration skills for interdisciplinary teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students, utilizing standardized tools and collaborative observations.
- Develop and implement individualized IEP goals and therapy plans tailored to each student's unique needs.
- Provide engaging direct and consultative speech and language therapy across a range of elementary and/or secondary grade levels.
- Consult effectively with teachers and support staff to integrate communication strategies into daily classroom routines.
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements.
- Participate in IEP meetings, MDT teams, and professional development sessions.
