Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders (required)
- Currently in your clinical fellowship year (CFY) for speech therapy
- Eligible for state licensure in Washington
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passionate about working with children and making a difference in their educational journey
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students
- Maintain accurate records and provide detailed progress reports
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student success
- Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and document goals
- Adapt therapy approaches to meet a diverse range of needs
