Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Eligibility for Washington State licensure and current clinical fellowship status (CFY required)
- Strong interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, staff, and families
- Eagerness to develop expertise in school-based speech therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to students with a variety of communication needs
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and help design individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided
- Partner with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Participate in ongoing professional development and supervision, fostering your growth as an SLP
