Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) completion
- Hold or able to obtain MN state SLP licensure
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to relocate for the duration of assignment
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience (preferred but not required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and swallowing disorders in school-aged children
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to create individualized therapy plans
- Maintain accurate session notes, progress tracking, and reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
