Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- State licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience in a school environment preferred
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:
- Provide assessments, diagnosis, and direct intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver therapy in both individual and group formats
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate records of services provided
- Support teachers and staff with strategies and resources for effective classroom communication
- Hold meetings with families to discuss goals, progress, and recommendations
- Participate in school-wide initiatives and meetings as needed
