Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Experience serving a diverse caseload of school-aged children
- Exceptional communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to create inclusive, individualized therapy plans
- Familiarity with IEPs and progress monitoring within school settings
- Strong commitment to supporting both students and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students across grade levels
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals and objectives
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for compliance
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, support staff, and parents
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and school events as needed
