Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Previous experience working in a school environment is highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong interpersonal skills for engaging with students, educators, and families
- Proficiency with IEPs, goal setting, and progress reporting
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech and language therapy services on site
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and write clear, effective reports
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to foster an inclusive learning environment
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate records to track progress and compliance
