Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Hold or eligible for state SLP licensure
- Either the ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or in the process of completing a Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric speech therapy within educational settings
- Exceptional communication, team-building, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to students’ unique needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to ensure comprehensive support
- Maintain meticulous documentation and progress reports in line with school and state requirements
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions targeting a broad spectrum of speech, language, and communication disorders
