Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY - Saint Paul, MN

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Valid state licensure for SLP.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or completion/active participation in a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY).
• Pediatric and school-based experience strongly preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess, diagnose, and treat students with a range of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders.
• Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs.
• Provide direct therapy to students, utilizing evidence-based techniques.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other multidisciplinary professionals to foster student success.
• Maintain thorough, timely records and progress reports in accordance with school guidelines.
• Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and ongoing professional development.
