Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Possession of state licensure to practice as an SLP
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric and school-based settings
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to work closely with teachers, families, and multi-disciplinary teams
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide screening, evaluation, and therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records while tracking student progress
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff development, and other school functions
- Stay current with best practices and continuing education in the field of speech-language pathology
