Pediatric Clinical Fellow Speech Language Pathologist in Brockton, MA

Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Holds or eligible for ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or is completing CFY
- Valid state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- Experience with pediatric populations preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
- Organized, flexible, and committed to professional growth
Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to school-age children with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with educators and families
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and progress reports for each student
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and parents to promote student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team consultations
- Offer training and resources to staff and families as needed
