Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist CFY in Cambridge, MA

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) eligibility
- Active (or pending) state licensure for SLP
- Previous pediatric experience, especially in school settings, is preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Adaptability and genuine commitment to supporting student development
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group speech and language therapy services to children
- Perform evaluations and assessments to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals, collaborating closely with teachers, staff, and parents
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to team planning
- Foster an inclusive and engaging learning environment for all students
