Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow | Cambridge, Massachusetts

Your essential qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure for SLP
- Possess (or working toward) ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligible for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Pediatric and school-based experience or a genuine passion for working with young learners
- Enthusiastic, collaborative, and committed to helping students achieve their full communicative potential
Key responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions for a diverse caseload of students
- Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s Individualized Education Plan (IEP)
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and regulatory guidelines
- Engage in regular team meetings, consultations, and in-service training, contributing to a culture of learning and advocacy
