Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow - Boston, Massachusetts

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Possession of ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or currently pursuing Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Dedicated to providing evidence-based therapy and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Willingness to work on-site and support a diverse caseload of students
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with staff and families
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and report outcomes
- Provide guidance to teachers and support staff regarding student communication strategies
- Participate in school-based meetings and contribute to a positive learning environment
- Engage in professional development and continuous learning opportunities
