Qualifications:
- Completion of a master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Eligible for a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in Speech Therapy
- Ability to obtain appropriate state licensure for working in schools
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative communication skills
- Passion for supporting diverse student populations
What You’ll Do:
- Provide speech-language services to students, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation
- Participate in school meetings and contribute as a valued voice in student support
- Receive professional supervision and mentorship from experienced SLPs provided by ProCare Therapy
