Key Qualifications:
- Currently in your Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) for Speech-Language Pathology
- Eligible for SLP licensure in WA (or in process)
- Familiarity with IEP documentation, speech/language assessments, and individualized therapy plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Adaptability to school-based settings and diverse student populations
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students with varying needs
- Evaluate student communication skills using standardized tools and observations
- Develop, implement, and update individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate records, progress notes, and participate in IEP meetings
- Receive regular supervision and mentorship to support professional growth
